Encinitas Modern Mediterranean Residence

The previous property layout consisted of mismatched concrete and no cohesive feel. Susanna was tasked with replacing the aged patio areas and patio cover with a more modern Mediterranean feel. Features included a raised custom spa area with a deck, a vertical fire feature and seating area, a new covered patio with an outdoor kitchen, bar area, dining area, an edible garden, and intimate patio space along the side yard. The project is currently in progress.
