All of our projects begin with a two-hour design consultation at your home.  Susanna will review your goals, budget, and desired features for your landscape. Susanna will make design suggestions and solutions to improve your space and create an overall vision for the style and layout of the space. This service can be a standalone service for advice only or as a starting point for developing landscape design plans.  Clients who sign a landscape design contract after the design consult will receive a credit on their landscape design contract for the consultation.

We pride ourselves on providing detailed landscape design plans to our clients that can be used as a guide through the installation process.  Susanna creates design plans in AutoCAD and SketchUp well-thought-out that include the goals set in the landscape design consultation, coming up with a well-thought-out flow for the design. She picks out the materials to create the landscape style and works with the home's architecture. She designs new landscapes, as well as existing landscapes that need an update. Susanna works with city and homeowner association guidelines to create a feasible landscape proposal. When your project moves into the installation phase, Susanna is available to meet with contractors and homeowners on-site to review the installation of the design, answer questions, and make sure the overall vision for the design is seen through to the completion of the project.
